SHIPPING POLICY
We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $85 within the United States. Orders under $85 are subject to standard shipping rates, calculated at checkout. All orders are carefully packed and shipped to ensure your cigars arrive in optimal condition. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Casa Campo, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure quality, freshness, and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any cigars, accessories, or merchandise. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution. Casa Campo is not responsible for items damaged after delivery or for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
